If you would like to cancel a policy, please send it in the format below:

 

Subject Line: Your certificate number or ID number

 

Body of the email:

 

Insureds Name 

Insureds Name: ( if applicable)

Date of cancellation : Can be effective as early as the day after you send the e-mail

 

Requester's Name (your name)

 

 

NOTE: SOME POLICY'S CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

The one's that are: AS LONG AS THERE ARE NO CLAIMS, MOST ARE PRO-RATED MINUS A CANCELLATION FEE AND THAT VARIES BASED ON THE POLICY
