Policy Changes

If you need to make a correction or change the dates of your policy:

Note: You can make simple corrections such as mis-spellings, address corrections and etc., at any point in the policy.

If you need to change the dates of the policy, you may do so as long as the policy is not effective. If the policy is effective you can cancel and repurchase. Keep in mind there will be a cancellation fee to do so. The cancellation fees are charged by the insurance companies and not by us so there is no way for us to waive them and they will not either.

To send a request, please send it in the following format:

In the subject line: certificate number or ID number

Body of the email:

Insureds Name:

Insured's Name: (if applicable)

Any corrections that need to be made. Please be as specific as possible.

If you are changing a date of birth and it is changing the age group you must also write:

I authorize, (name of insurance company, IE, IMG, HCCMIS, Seven Corners) to charge the additional fee to the credit card I purchased with.
